Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
The CLIENT has the right to return or send back the PRODUCT to the SELLER or a designated person without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCT themselves.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day the CLIENT, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CLIENT, takes physical possession of the PRODUCT. The SELLER commits to delivering the product to the client within 20 business days after shipping. These timelines do not take into account certain exceptional situations beyond our control (strikes, crises, etc.).
If the CLIENT has ordered multiple PRODUCTS in a single order resulting in multiple DELIVERIES (or if a single PRODUCT is delivered in several parts), the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days after the day the CLIENT, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CLIENT, takes physical possession of the last delivered PRODUCT.
Notification of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must notify their decision to withdraw to customer service via the contact page. The CLIENT must provide a clear photo of their ID card (front and back) along with the completed withdrawal form below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, the CLIENT must send their communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal by the CLIENT, the SELLER commits to refunding the total amount paid. Shipping costs will be borne by the CLIENT.
The SELLER will process the refund using the same payment method the CLIENT used for the initial transaction.
Return Conditions
The CLIENT must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving it, to the address provided by Lucile from customer service.
This deadline is considered met if the CLIENT sends back the product before the fourteen-day period expires.
Return Costs
The CLIENT must bear the direct costs of returning the product.
Condition of the Returned Product
The PRODUCT must be returned following the SELLER's instructions and must include all delivered accessories.
The CLIENT is only liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the PRODUCT. In other words, the CLIENT may test the PRODUCT but may be held liable if they handle it beyond what is necessary.
